About

Care without erasure

VIAL was built on a simple conviction: aging is not a problem to be solved. It’s a story to be told well, with expert help and a precise hand.

We don’t erase your story.
We refine how you tell it.
About VIAL

Expert Aesthetic Care. Designed for Real Life.

VIAL Aesthetics is a physician-owned and led boutique aesthetic practice dedicated exclusively to neuromodulators and dermal fillers.

We created VIAL around a simple idea: exceptional injectable care shouldn’t require sacrificing your time, convenience, or standards. Our practice brings together advanced clinical expertise, highly trained injectors, and a thoughtful, natural approach to aesthetics—all within an experience designed to fit seamlessly into a busy life.

From easy online booking and text communication to Saturday appointments, convenient parking, and a real person answering the phone, every detail is intentional. And behind it all is a physician-led clinical standard that guides how we evaluate, treat, and care for every patient.

VIAL isn't about doing everything. It's about doing injectables exceptionally well.

Dr. Kaete Archer

MD, FACS, FRCSC, Owner and Medical Director

Dr. Archer is a triple board-certified, fellowship-trained Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon with more than eleven years of clinical experience in facial aesthetics. She completed advanced fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Carmel, Indiana in 2015, and previously owned and operated her own aesthetic practice in Manhattan.

VIAL was born from Dr. Archer’s own frustration with finding injectable care that combined expert-level clinical expertise with the convenience of modern life. As a busy woman herself, she wanted a practice where exceptional injectables didn’t require sacrificing time at work or considerable logistics around family.

At VIAL, Dr. Archer specializes in full face neuromodulators, establishes every clinical protocol, and oversees the clinical standards of care across the practice—ensuring that the VIAL experience is defined by thoughtful treatment, highly trained injectors, and natural-looking results.

Amanda Bouslog

Master Cosmetic Injector

Amanda has spent nineteen years in aesthetic medicine, ten of them at Meridian Plastic Surgeons and three and a half at Eppley Plastic Surgery, where she trained under facial plastic surgeons and helped train Indiana University residents and fellows in injectables. That history shows in where she is most at home: the delicate territory of the tear trough, midface, temples, jawline, cheeks, and lips. Her clients stay with her for years, and most arrive the way trust usually travels: someone they know told them.

How we practice

We recommend less when less is right

We never rush an appointment

We treat maintenance as care, not correction

A former bank on Main Street

The practice lives at 144 W. Main Street, a building that spent its first life as a bank. We kept its story, down to the original vault, because refining rather than erasing is the whole point of this place.
