VIAL Aesthetics, PLLC is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.
1. Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, cognitive, motor and other disabilities.
2. What we have done
Measures taken in the design and build of this website include:
Colour and contrast. Text and background combinations are chosen to remain legible, and colour is not used as the only means of conveying information.
Keyboard access. Interactive elements can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and a skip link is provided to move past navigation.
Text alternatives. Meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked so screen readers pass over them.
Structure. Pages use ordered headings and semantic markup so the content can be navigated by structure rather than by sight alone.
Motion. Animation on this site is decorative and never required in order to read content or complete a booking. Where your device or browser is set to reduce motion, animation is disabled.
Forms. Form fields carry visible labels, and required fields are identified in text rather than by colour alone.
3. Known limitations
We want to be straightforward about where this site currently falls short.
Third-party booking. Our online scheduling is provided by an external system. We do not control its markup and cannot guarantee its accessibility. If you have difficulty booking online, call or text us and we will book on your behalf.
Photography. Some images are being replaced as new photography becomes available. Alternative text is reviewed as part of that work.
4. Getting help another way

5. Feedback
